Worked with other divisions of the company to achieve win-win delivery dates for material needed, helping drive down inventory levels company-wide. Exceeded expectations for weekly improvements in the areas of safety, materials, productivity, quality, 5S, and continuous improvement. Supervised an inventory group of buyers, material handlers, and cycle counters, helping them succeed in their roles for the plant.
