Responsibilities:• Accountable for the Job Ready programs for new and existing team members in NAB Assist, which includes:- Core skills training on systems, consumer and commercial products, associated processes, risk requirements and enterprise policies- Communications training to demonstrate empathy and understanding for customers going through difficult situations• Accountable for recruitment and on boarding for all new entry-level staff which includes:- Resource planning, resource models and recruitment strategy- Planning skill segments and schedules with Channel Optimisation teams to ensure new advisors commence with easier work and gradually increase in complexity as competency develops- Working with internal Talent partners and external recruitment agencies to source candidates- Coordinating assessment and engagement centres including conducting 1-2-1 interviews and role play assessments- Reviewing probity reports, coordinating user access provisioning and trouble-shooting any system issues Lead and deliver new training programs for NAB Assist and coordinate with external partners for specialised requirements• Ensure all businesses in NAB Assist are well supported with their capability needs to carry out their roles• Manage training expenses & delegated authorities (credit & lending decision thresholds)
