The role initially involved in the setting up of commercial operations on a Partnering contract with Ashfield Homes Ltd. The project had an anticipated project turnover of around £10 million up to March 2004. The contract operated under the PPC 2000 Form of Contract and involved primarily the refurbishment of tenanted dwellings to achieve Decent Homes Standards. Subsequently I was involved in the remodelling of an old peoples home for conversion to self contained bed sits and on a project for the refurbishment of a number of dwellings for NKDC in Lincolnshire.
