 Manage end‐to‐end production of HVAC components and header assemblies in a department of100+ employees. Management of special engineering research and development projects by budgeting,purchasing, designing and implementation of ideas to improve production. Purchase materials/parts by researching needs and negotiating with distributors to maintainproduction and cost accountability. Monitor parts for functional defects, cosmetic defects, and otherwise incorrect parts, to managequality of work and maintain production cycle. Preventative maintenance of machines by monitoring and maintaining the Faciliworksmaintenance software, and performing required machine maintenance to ensure continuedproduction. Reactive maintenance of machines by troubleshooting electro‐mechanical industrial machineryto ensure continued production. Hire employees by evaluating applications, interviewing, and processing new hire paperwork tomaintain production cycle and quality of work. Terminate employees as determined by the three strike rule including necessary paperwork toHR to ensure quality of work and maintain regulatory requirements. Train employees on machine operation & part productions to manage quality of work andproduction cycle. Manage employees by job scheduling using the NDS software to ensure production cyclerequirements. Maintain employee training records by updating statuses every three months for meetingannual ISO audit requirements. Manage employees through conflict resolution to maintain production cycle, quality of work,and employee morale. Monitor the Faciliworks software employee tool assignments for tool control accountability tomanage production and ensure program adherence to safety regulations. Manage cleanliness and safety of production area as required to meet state & federalregulations. Inventory management of material and parts by physical inventory counts twice a year todetermine cost of work in process.
