Everyday Operations. Oversee sales force and routes ran. Training of new sales people to be effective in what they do, quickly, to maximize profits early on. Analyze for profitability in both the repair shop and the sales force. Oversee shop and work with the shop manager to ensure job completions, to estimate incoming receivables. Shipping and receiving. Monitoring and distribution of cash flow through controlling the P&L. Collection of all accounts and payments, including overdue accounts. New vendor and customer investigation and set up to establish finance terms that will benefit both parties. Set up and maintaining payroll ADP and benefits programs. Compliance in all benefits areas including FMLA, Workers Compensation,Unemployment, and EEOC. All aspects of interviewing, hiring, annual reviews, and terminations. I work to make sure the employees are happy and working as an effective team. I also make sure that the client receives the experience that they so that the are happy and will return. Establish, launch and manage projects as needed no matter the size, from start to finish, to help assist in the daily operations. This includes being proactive and anticipating needs.
