Having the experience in BPO as a Technical Support as a Core has been beneficial for me because it paved way to my transition to IT Services specifically as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist focused on Manual Testing. Working as a QA Manual Tester opened the door for me to work with some of the amazing and talented IT Professionals. It was during this time I personally believe was my shinning moment and help made me realize that I was cut out for that kind of role. It was also a huge change for me working from a well established Company to Startup Companies. For there I was introduced to the Fintech world and started my way to diversify and streamline financial inclusion in the Philippines and other Countries.If I'm not busy at work you can find me in the Kitchen whipping up something appetizing for my Family. Or diligently tending to my plants. Sundays is barbeque at the Beach bonding and quality time with my Son.
