I have been with Police Scotland for 27 1/2 years with a broad experience in Policing. My roles include response policing, Special Branch Ports Operations, Support Unit, Close Protection planning and operations. Police control room operations from 2010 and from 2017 i specialised in support to control room systems including Integrated Command and Control Systems. I worked as lead Airwave Tactical Advisor and specialised in Airwave for control rooms and operational policing. Chair of Scottish airwave cells to manage multi agency communication incidents. I planned and implemented significant ICT change reducing risk to operations in both pre planned and spontaneous incidents. Business continuity liaison for control rooms and strengths in Problem solving, planning and relationship building.
