Responsible for:- Definition / development / product release of innovative new instrumentation systems (including ModuLab XM ECS, ModuLab XM MTS). XM = "Xtreme Measurement". These systems provide unique levels of flexibility and capability (single / multi-channel configurations, modules for high voltage, high current and femto amp operation as well as integration of spectral and waveform analysis techniques). - Was additionally responsible for USA service for a period of two years.- Responsible for management of customer application support.- New product definition responsibilities include international collaboration with sales representatives in the Far East, USA and Europe.

Responsibilities included:- International sales management for territories in the Far East including China, Taiwan, S.Korea and Japan as well as South America including Brazil and Argentina. This included multiple territory visits with customer visits / product demonstrations, sales training, and commercial activities. Presided over high sales growth in those territories.- In addition defined and developed several new product / systems during this period including CellTest multi-channel battery test system and the 1296 dielectric interface. These systems were developed after months of research and worldwide customer visits / interviews, and have proved to be very popular systems that are sold in quantity to this day.

- Developed instrumentation software for Solartron frequency response analyzer and spectrum analyzer products. Control of measurement functions and remote operation (IEEE488 GPIB).- Lead engineering project teams for development of various instrumentation products (e.g. Solartron 1260 Impedance Analyzer and 1215 Vibration Control System).- Transferred to marketing to advance knowledge of customers and markets, for the definition and development of new innovative products.
