- Monitor & record mold issues on all presses daily- Provide technical support to shift for trouble shooting and problem resolution. As a Supervisor I was directly in charge of 65 associates, managing all daily activities such as daily job scheduling, payroll, disciplinary and coaching actions, as well as cycle counts to ensure proper product flow. After being promoted to HS&E / Lean Coordinator, I was responsible for maintaining the company's OSHA 300 log, conducting investigations, developing countermeasures, or troubleshooting any incidents that transpired. I also was responsible for maintaining the master list of SDS's to distribute throughout the facility and ensure any / all annual training required by OSHA was completed to over 1000 associates working at the facility. As the company's Lean Coordinator I was responsible for leading all improvement projects and training associates to use all tools provided through a step by step process to derive a root cause and select the best countermeasure as a team then implementing the countermeasure and reporting the outcomes to Senior Management.
