Run facilities and building operations for two class A commercial office towers covering nearly 500K sq. ft. of rentable space and 20 acres of land ensuring reliable operations and high standards of quality.

Manage daily operations of a 13-story 180K square foot data center and office building. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, supervising staff, responding to tenant requests, and interacting with vendors and contractors. Coordinate all preventative maintenance, inspections and scheduling. Work with property management on budgets and capital improvements.

Worked in all aspects of road repairs and resurfacing. Responsibilities with foundation construction, large asphalt milling machinery, concrete delivery and pouring and installing city gas and water lines.

Responsible for diagnostics, repair and maintenance of all roof and construction equipment.

Operated within the Wachovia Financial Center, a 1.2 million square foot office tower in downtown Miami. Provided timely and effective resolutions to tenant service requests and handled general troubleshooting of various building components and systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and grounds maintenance. Used building schematics and technical manuals with strict compliance to safety regulations to ensure that performance standards were being met or surpassed.
