As a Director, Corporate Complaints at Getinge, I lead a team who ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the complaint handling process for the global medical device company. With over thirteen years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, and quality management, I have developed and implemented multiple quality improvement initiatives, such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and risk management. I have also partnered with cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing, engineering, regulatory affairs, and customer service, to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
