Brian was admitted as a solicitor in Durban, South Africa in 1993. Prior to immigrating to Australia, Brian was a partner in a South African law firm. Brian was admitted in Queensland in 2001 and worked number of Queensland and National firms before his appointment as Principal at McInnes Wilson Lawyers in 2007. Brian’s expertise is commercial property transactions and property development. He advises fund managers, developers, and listed and unlisted property trusts in commercial property and leasing transactions. He also has extensive experience advising state agencies and government owned corporations on property matters, including compulsory acquisitions and disposal of strategic property assets, tenure arrangements and easements.
