· Design response strategies and structures, monitor global events and respond to an average of 30 crises a year· Manage departmental budget and KPIs, adjusting response budgets/plans as necessary· Work closely with Development and Marketing and Communications teams to communicate response priorities and support fundraising efforts· Cultivate relationships with key donors, including USAID/BHA, BPRM and UN agencies to understand priorities, communicate concerns/gaps and identify funding opportunities· Effectively manage and grow high-profile programs, including responses to Venezuela Regional Crisis and Syria Regional Crisis· Regularly engage with global humanitarian community – including InterAction and National VOAD (NVOAD)

· Develop resources and structures to support rapid and effective responses to an average of 10 crises a year· Coordinate with key donors such as USAID/OFDA, the CDC and UN agencies to identify funding opportunities and lead the development of concept notes and full proposals· Work with Volunteer Management team on recruitment priorities and development of training curriculum/materials for Disaster Response Roster· Initiate and lead organizational process to become registered with WHO as Type 1 EMT· Represent organization within national and global forums, including InterAction and NVOAD

· Manage program that distributes over $120 million of medicines, medical equipment and supplies to more than 200 organizations and more than 40 countries annually· Monitor stock and analyze distribution trends to respond to Gift-in-Kind (GIK) donation offers and hone procurement and overall program strategy· Oversee arrangement of international logistics for more than 500 shipments a year· Manage responses to more than 10 crises a year· Oversee USAID/OFDA- and WHO-funded Cholera response in Haiti after Hurricane Matthew· Organizational liaison to NVOAD – active participant of Disaster Health Committee and International Committee

· Manage logistics and operations for USAID/OFDA-funded Ebola Treatment Unit (ETU)· Oversee all aspects of medical and non-medical supply chains, including national and international procurement, shipping, customs clearance, asset and inventory management and warehousing· Coordinate with UN agencies to supplement purchased supplies with GIK· Responsible for all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle and maintenance contracts, driver training and scheduling· Interface with Logistics Cluster to transport cargo and personnel via UN air assets· Coordinate with USAID/OFDA to modify and fulfill award deliverables/targets· Coordinate with USAID/OFDA, WHO, the Government of Liberia and local community leaders to design and implement ETU decommissioning plan

· Interface with more than 200 organizations annually to facilitate the distribution of medicines, medical equipment and supplies· Responsible for 60% program revenue growth between 2011 and 2014· Deploy with emergency response teams to provide logistics and operations support· Organizational liaison to local, regional, state and national VOADs

· Facilitate the distribution of medicines, medical equipment and supplies to organizations working in communities throughout the world· Create process maps and standard operating procedures for distribution program
