Set and follow-up on welding expectations and requirements as established in the Scope of Work.· Plan, coordinate, and secure, personnel and equipment required to meet operational needs within the guidelines of the established budget.· Ensure all welding is conducted in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA regulations and Company Safety Manual. Report all incidents and accidents immediately to the Safety and the respective Area Manager.· Monitor and improve welders’ efficiency. Establish written procedures for the general operations and ensure the procedures are complied with.· Ensure all welders pass pre-employment weld testing in accordance with Client requirements. Manufacture and assemble various heater components including valve systems, ejectors, air outlets, hand bent and flared various stainless steel tubing for Bell 429, 407, 206, Sikorski S76, and Blackhawk Helicopters. Components were manufactured in accordance with detailed schematic drawings. Took complete inventory of parts and assemblies. Built components with strict deadlines, inspected components for quality assurance. And painted all heater parts and assemblies.
