Avoided the start of numerous "futile" trials based on solid industry wide validated CT data saving the company millions in avoided expenses.Identified Pediatric Clinical Trial trend and pulled together cross disciplinary group in first every Lilly Pediatric Conference to Design and Enroll trials in an accelerated fashion. Developed team of consultants that evaluated every Lilly protocol predicting enrollment rates and offering design changes that would accelerate enrollment.Identified immerging CT Enrollment companies and connected them with internal trials to enhance enrollment. Successfully demonstrated strong business cases to justify multi-million dollar investments to accelerate enrollment on clinical trials. The Black Belt positions are considered key leadership development positions and individuals selected must have senior leadership potential.Successfully completed 6 week intensive training and became certified 6-sigma black belt after completing required 2 projects. During my 6-sigma assignment I completed 5 major projects. Lead projects across Lilly including Corporate Security, Clinical Diagnostic Services, Clinical Research, Sourcing, and Procurement. Projects had a documented $15 million in cost reductions annually while reducing cycle times, making Lilly more efficient by avoiding the need to add headcount and eliminating non value added work. Additionally, since leaving this assignment I have now completed 6-sigma stakeholder and sponsor training, sponsored 12 projects and participated as a stakeholder on 7 projects.
