As the Vice President of Operations at ASTOUND Group, I oversaw a specialty millwork and metal fabrication shop delivering innovative solutions for challenging projects across various sectors and markets- driven by the mission of creating exceptional experiences for our clients, partners, and employees.Before joining ASTOUND Group, I was the General Manager of Axiom Custom Products, a company that specializes in custom fabrication and installation of architectural and environmental elements. Under my supervision, the company grew 10-fold to include 20 administrators and department managers overseeing a workforce of 125 individuals comprising two dozen departments, across three locations.
