I completed the 2 year Cintas Management Training Program. The training program provided comprehensive instruction and tutelage in production, service, operations, administration, marketing and sales.I moved through each sales division of Cintas in a year and a half. Where I spent the last six months of my sales tenure as a Uniform Sales Reprentative, which is the level too which all Cintas Sales Representatives seek to achieve.In the summer of 2008, I decided to continue my Cintas career on the operations side of the business and I became a Production Supervisor in our Solon, OH plant. I had 30+ direct reports and was responsible for daily production goals, production flow, and safety.During the summer of 2009, I had the opportunity to transfer to our SE Pittsburgh location where I become the interim Human Resource Manager. I was responsible for HR compliance, training, employee engagement activities as well as other administrative functions. I was then promoted to become a Production Manager, where at held that position for five years. I then became a Service Manager where I was responsible for nine Service Routes and over 1200 customers. I was promoted in November 2017 to become the Six Sigma Black Belt at Cintas for the East Central Group where I supported 15 Cintas locations with process improvement, revenue generating initiatives, cost control measures, partner development and improving both the partner and customer experience.In June of 2019, I was promoted into my current role as Operations Manager at the Cintas location in SE Pittsburgh. My responsibilities include complete ownership of the Service Department, including but not limited to, sales growth, cost control, staffing, and partner development.I was promoted to General Manager at the Cintas location in Strongsville, OH. in August 2022. My responsibilities include P&L ownership of a $32M/year operation, succession planning, strategic thinking, customer relations and the coaching and development of over 170 partners.Specialties: leadership, customer relations, contract negotiations, marketing, sales, competitive analysis, financial planning, safety compliance (OSHA VPP), Six Sigma, training, process improvement, coaching and development.
