With over 25 years of experience in the information technology field, I am The IT services manager at Peak Technology, an MSP in the greater Cleveland area. My role involves enhancing our customer's ability to keep their infrastructure up to date and functional, as well as delivering excellent customer service and support. I have a strong background in hardware/software, data management and analysis, analytics, and more. I have created, installed, and supported enterprise level door access and CCTV systems across the country, as well as kept industrial label presses running and analyzed the data through crystal reporting. I have also contributed to the improvement of the IT systems and processes at the previous companies I worked for. I am a servant leader with a "team player" mentally who can also work independently on projects and provide strategic leadership.
