A versatile and skilled Land Surveyor with 40 years of well-rounded management in the land surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural service fields. At the beginning of his career, he was a civil engineering student at San Diego State University. During this period, he was working full-time as a hand draftsperson for a large land surveying company in San Diego California. In 1985 he switched from Civil Engineering to fully concentrating on Land Surveying as a profession. He attended and graduated from a unique Southern California college program specializing in Land Surveying. During this period, he worked in the field as a survey crew party chief on all types of Surveying.In 1994 he took a position as a Project Manager for a large engineering firm in Bentonville Arkansas. He managed surveying projects for development and construction in a variety of development types, including Wal-Mart, Lowes, Murphy Oil, Telecom, Airports, and Highway projects. In 1997 he started his own Land Surveying business focusing on Commercial, Residential Development, Traffic Studies, and Professional Witness Testimony services.In 2008 he accepted a position with a small firm in Austin Texas. During his time the firm grew into one of the largest in the United States. At this firm, he managed surveying and subsurface utility mapping for large electric transmission, sub-stations, wind, oil & gas, universities, public schools, roadways, and a variety of Private and Public works.
