I am a 2nd Vice President at Travelers and lead the Production Services department for Personal Insurance. In this role I am accountable for maintaining the maximum availability and up time of all PI production systems and applications. In addition, I'm accountable for our Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Technology Value Stream and Finance functions. Prior to this position I managed multiple project portfolios of work ranging from digital technologies and enterprise extensible services to infrastructure related programs such as data center moves, hardware refreshes and office relocation projects. I have held many roles over the last 20 years spanning engineering, program/portfolio management and organizational leadership. I bring a strong organizational change leadership (AIM/PROCI) background to the table and have a strong focus on talent, leadership and organizational development.
