For this position, my duties include organizing resources for inpatient/outpatient pharmacy operations, coordinating direct reports in support of inpatient pharmacy manager, retail pharmacy manager, 340b coordinator, the Pyxis and drug diversion monitoring coordinator, and other supporting organizations within the medical center. I successfully facilitate a $24M budget with my personal goal of decreasing expenses, annually. I am consistently reviewing medication cost and reimbursement to support change in medication utilization and purchasing, this lead to an overall yearly savings of $3.5M.My commitment to my position and the future of my career can be seen in these accomplishments:• I developed and implemented a pharmacy specific strategy plan to optimize technology, enhance customer service training, and revamp culture sensitivity training to maintain a successful and inclusive community within the organization. • I liaised between the Oncology clinic and the Infusion center to orchestrate a patient medication assistance program which resulted in an overall reduction in product costs by over $400,000, fiscally.• I fostered a facility wide pharmaceutical waste management program with the shared goal of meeting EPA waste requirements. This resulted in cost avoidance savings for the medical center.

My duties included meeting compliance with 340b via continuous policy review, facility audits, and consistent data analysis.
