Brian currently serves as the Director of Parent Education with Exceptional Parenting Unlimited (EPU) serving and supporting parents of children with disabilities or challenges and help them access services and resources. Previously Brian was on staff with Every Neighborhood Partnership (ENP) providing education, training and support to staff, volunteers and ENP partnership organizations and programs. Additionally, he Co-facilitate the Fresno County Trauma & Resilience Network, providing education, training, and support to cross sector stakeholders throughout Fresno County. Previously Brian served as the Director of Recreational Resilience Programs for ENP overseeing and innovating out-of-school time recreational programing throughout the Fresno / Clovis area. Additionally, Brian is founder and owner of Anago Consulting Inc. a professional consulting organization specializing in Resilience- Focused Trauma-Informed Professional Development and Programing. Brian has been married to his best friend Jessica for 20 years, they have 9 children, (5-biological, 2 adoptive and 2 foster children) and 6 grandchildren.Brian has over 20 years of experience working with youth and families in under resourced communities in a variety of settings including substance abuse treatment, foster care, group homes and faith-based setting as a youth leader and lead pastor.Brian has is a Certified Trainer for the Community Resilience Initiative (CRI) Trauma Informed Certification Program. CRI was a strategic partner in the groundbreaking work around the Trauma-Informed School movement spearheaded Jim Sporleder, Principal of Lincoln High School in Walla Walla, WA. Lincoln High School’s story was told through the documentary film, Paper Tigers.
