With 20 years of customers service, 10 of which are with this company- I lead a team at a specialized branch dedicated to servicing federal government customers. Working with military and all federal government support departments. Maintain inventory control and customer order process. Primary duty is to assist with counter and warehouse activities as needed. Assist fellow employees with driving sales and awareness of products and services. I have a great deal of experience with SAP and its functions. Work closely with the Finance and Credit departments to keep billing correct and up to date with our customers. Responsible for tracking delays on orders, processing any corrections and overall servicing of the customers with their business needs.

I worked in the computer room and bookkeeping for both the Issaquah and Redmond stores. I also was promoted to Supervisor of the Special Services at the Redmond Store. I managed a team of 15 associates that included phone sales, expeditors, and service desk associates. I ran audits on a weekly basis and managed 10 monthly reports.

Critical component in the launch of the new Home Depot at the Redmond location, Orchestrated the infrastructure for the entire store's systems and hardware.Responsible for entire store bookkeeping and for maintaining a cash vault of 25k. processed and balanced daily tills. Assumed the role of district peer for the computer room and vault per District Loss Prevention Manager nomination.

Researched and recovered 400k in lost revenue for the branch office.Managed and updated 700 files monthly. Liaison for the branch office and bankruptcy courts and attorneys. Implemented new policies and procedures for entire company. Nominated to be the SME for the reorganization of the bankruptcy department for the new computer systems.

I worked in a variety of departments at Honda Finance. I worked in Dealer Funding, going through contracts and approving them for payment to dealers as well as setting up the customer accounts. I worked in Bankruptcy- managing approxiametly 700 files per month. During the time in the Bankruptcy department- I was asked to be the SME for a new system that was being developed at the corporate office. I then was promoted to Senior Cash Officer in the branch and managed all payments; daily reconciliations and several monthly reports. While in the Cash Department I researched old discrepencies and closed out 400k in additional monies for the branch. I was then promoted to Customer Service Supervisor where I lead a team of 8 people that handled all questions coming in from customers via the phones.
