As the Butler Services Coordinator we act as the Concierge for the Butler staff. Anything and everything goes through the coordinators. My duty is to handle all high-end VIP and Casino guests that stay in our luxury penthouses. Any legal request is taken care of in the utmost of importance and with a time sensitive schedule. Following is a list of just a small amount of the duties for the coordinators:Daily reports: VIP arrivals and departures, Beverage and food reports, inventory orders, amenities, daily room lists.Limo requests, ticket requests, food and beverage orders, special requests, housekeeping and service requests. Spa and pool reservations. Monetary handling and requests.I work with every department in the hotel, from facilities all the way up to Executive management. Our VIP guests are from all over the world, and require the highest quality of service available. As long as the request is legal, anything is done for our guests.

As the Guest Services Supervisor my duties consist of overseeing all of the front drive area, Valet, Doorman, and Bell Staff. Creating weekly schedules for those areas, as well as keeping track of all poterage, tip compliance, and gratuities. Extensive guest relations, i.e., showing the hotel, rooms, transportation of guests, and handling any requests made from a guest. I oversee a total of 16 team members, as well as work with almost ever department in the hotel from Sales to Catering and Banquets. I handle many weekly reports including time management reports and payout reports. I am also in charge of ordering items for my department as well as maintaining our company vehicles.The VIP Ambassador position entails handling of all VIP requests from the guests and groups that come into the hotel. From picking up VIP guests at the airport, to ordering tickets and limos, I handle all aspects of our VIP guests.As Supervisor of Food And Beverage (Sandsabar and Grill), my duties consist of overseeing all 18 employees and daily tasks for our pool restaurant. Creating schedules and helping out with daily duties. Signing off on orders and monetary changes. Helped to create menus, and handled the ordering of products. I would also handle all guest issues and deal with them accordingly. During extremely busy times and holidays I would act as relief bartender, and food runner.
