Having worked in many capacities throughout the years in the financial services industry, I am honored to currently serve as President and Chief Executive Officer for Blue Trust. I also serve on the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.As President/CEO, I reinforce mission, clarify vision and provide strategic direction for the company. I also empower the leaders of Blue Trust's client-facing divisions and work closely with operational leadership to ensure the support and tools needed by advisors to serve clients with excellence are in place. Leveraging my background in the investment banking and private equity fields, I provide leadership for the company's inorganic growth initiatives (M&A) and also advise clients who own family businesses. I began my career with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, serving in the investment banking department. I subsequently joined Pfingsten Partners, a private equity firm in Illinois, targeting Midwest acquisition opportunities. I came to Ronald Blue & Co. (the predecessor company to Blue Trust) in 2000 from SunTrust Banks, Inc., where I served in various roles in the investment banking and equity research divisions.I enjoy engaging with my family in mission work and serving ministries in the areas of strategy and donor development. In addition, I am actively involved in my local church community, enjoy activities with our young adult children, and am an avid golfer. I currently serve on the board of directors of Groundwire and Lighthouse Family Retreat.
