Responsible for the initiation and execution of a Joint Experiment to validate the key concepts, architecture, and systems for the JFPASS JCTD. Presided as the Source Selection Authority for a $43M force protection acquisition in support of combat operations.

Board-selected Product Manager with supervision of over 50 engineers, analysts, and contracts personnel executing 10 separate but related force protection programs with a combined value of over $90M in research and development and over $850M in production funding. Provided guidance and direction to 10 defense contractors and over 20 major suppliers. Transformed the Program Office from an installation-centric Army physical security office with stand alone products into a Joint-oriented office providing force protection capabilities integratable into a Family of Systems for installations and tactical forces. Executed a successful operational testing and full rate production decision for DOD’s first autonomous robotic force protection system. Rapidly fielded a family of non-intrusive inspection systems in support of combat operations.

As the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Team Leader, led a team of senior program analysts responsible for the developing the Army’s annual $20B Research, Development, and Acquisition plan. Ensured that $157B in equipping resources was properly applied to fully fund Army acquisition development and procurement across the 6-year POM.
