Brian Siddall, 1980: I established Unicorn Natural foods with Canada wide sales in health snacks by 1985.1987: I formulated product, designed and built a sesame snap bar production factory. I raised the capitol, designed and supervised the building of equipment and trained all staff in 4 months for a target of 500,000 lbs. monthly production. Then won top prize for Best New Contemporary Snack Food in the Paris, France Food Festival , Sept, 1988.His Specialty: ENERGY BARS.1995: I did the fruit bars for the American NBA League .1997: I did the Prozone Bars for Nutribiotics which won the People’s Choice Award at Marketplace ‘97, in Las Vegas. There were over 300 judges with Brian’s bars being in a group of 13 contenders including the Power and Cliff Bars.1981 - 2003: Brian built (6) new factories in B.C., and production lines in Vietnam and China. 2003: Brian became an adviser to the Minister of Health of the Ukraine. The Ukraine was becoming an 2005: Brian became the President of Shape Foods Inc. and as part of a founding team of 5, built a 77,000 sq.ft. flax oil processing plant in Manitoba. As V.P. of Marketing, Brian participated in establishing a revolutionary process for preserving the freshness of flax oil as well as to go to Germany to pioneer a special microencapsulation process. as of 2014.....Owner of the Agricultural Re-Evolving Technologies Corp (ART) for hemp non foods derivatives....as of Jan. 2016, joined the operations staff of Hempco Canada Superfoods pursuant to assisting the company become publicly trading which it did on 4.20.16 on the TSX with letters "HEMP". During my time with the company my duties consisted of but were not limited to being oversight on new product research, Human Resources and Quality Assurance. In late 2017, Hempco was absorbed by Aurora and I was retired.
