With over 20 years of experience with energy work, I work with people of all ages to assist in releasing stuck energy that could be causing health issues. With a primary focus on migraines, I do however see people with all sorts of other concerns. Much of my work is using "energy therapy" with a wide assortment of healing arts to choose from I tailor each session to each person. With an end goal of having that person over time be able to take care of themselves and only see me for a tune-up. My main practice is Qigong as taught by the Healing Tao, with this there are many physical exercises that can be done to assist in promoting health in the body similar to yoga however done much slower then what is done in many yoga classes taught today. While having been schooled in many different aspects of energy therapies I find that just allowing the energy to do it's work with each person as needed gives the person exactly what they should experience. I regularly oversee all aspects of facilities and equipment operations and maintenance of more than three million-square-foot campus headquarters of leading healthcare software companies. I manage staff, hire, review, train building service personnel, conduct inspections of facilities and equipment, and purchase furniture and equipment for facilities. I also keep the leadership up to date pertaining to facility improvements. Manage space planning, procure bids from outside contractors for repairs and renovations, build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and deliver results that meet or exceed their needs.I am the Director of multiple departments, including Electrical, Horticulture, Fleet, and Plumbing, and successfully led projects with teams ranging in size from three to 100 personnel.
