Program Lead Global ERP Implementation Program: 2012 to 2015- Program lead for multimillion dollar Global ERP acceleration program. Responsible for leading internal IT, business and 3rd party consultants throughout three year program roll out leveraging solutions integrator for offsite building and maintenance of implemented systems. - Implementations included eight Asia/Pacific countries including China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia as well as a US based implementation over that same timeframe. - Chaired project steering committee for individual country implementations and member of program steering board responsible for solution delivery, business relationships, organizational change management, budget management, testing automation, staffing and vendor relations- Partner to SVP Sales/Marketing and SVP Finance/Logistics for Asia/Pacific region on all program related staffing, budgeting and business impacted functions.
