Program Lead Global ERP Implementation Program: 2012 to 2015- Program lead for multimillion dollar Global ERP acceleration program. Responsible for leading internal IT, business and 3rd party consultants throughout three year program roll out leveraging solutions integrator for offsite building and maintenance of implemented systems. - Implementations included eight Asia/Pacific countries including China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia as well as a US based implementation over that same timeframe. - Chaired project steering committee for individual country implementations and member of program steering board responsible for solution delivery, business relationships, organizational change management, budget management, testing automation, staffing and vendor relations- Partner to SVP Sales/Marketing and SVP Finance/Logistics for Asia/Pacific region on all program related staffing, budgeting and business impacted functions. Team consisted of addition flex consultant team ranging from ten to thirty resources located in US, Europe and India for project and support services.- Cost center manager responsible for budgets, forecasts, staffing and integration to vendor management - Led Hasbro team through ERP Acceleration Assessment project concluding in decision to partner with systems integrator and assignment of Program Director role. Assessment recommended partnering with global service provider for roll out and support services. Led assessment of managed services requirements for SAP applications. - Supply chain lead for European rollout of twenty countries onto ERP template including partnering with senior management for creation of shared services for order to cash and finance operations in London and France.- IT partner to SVP Global Logistics. Collaboration has led to justification and successful implementation of Oracle Transportation Management partnering with CAP Gemini for implementation and support services. - Selected by CIO to participate on task force team to define Hasbro IT Vision. Conclusion led to partnership / collaboration initiative to better understand and work with branches of Hasbro that had limited IT support.
