Interfaced with 3rd party systems to automate IMAC related processes across organizations and thru ought the enterprise. Automation workflows touched systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, and 3rd party developed applications. Architected Help Desk user interfaces (UI), support team UI’s, and client specific UI’s that provided the ability to retrieve and update critical information from a single interface. This allowed eliminating the need to manually connect to multiple systems thus increasing the efficiency with a more accurate service. Doing so allowed the account to be more efficient by reducing headcount and increasing our support offering. The efficiencies realized due to the support groups utilizing the ZTP tool positively impacted the account bottom line by more than million dollars a year. The ZTP Suite consisted the automation engine, Support Interfaces, Application Profile Request tool (App and profile configuration), Desktop Configuration Tool (DCS) and discovery service.
