We have five books in various states of completion. The first one, Innate Hostility, just released in June (Amazon). There are two sequels to Innate Hostility, a book on leadership, and a comical series of tales entitled The Bloody Mary Tours.

Overall responsiblity for for Space Launch Propulsion Division technical oversight. Programs included Space Launch System Booster and Motor, Launch Abort System, NASA Research Programs and IR&D. Managed direct staff of 40 Chief and Project Engineers to provide technical management of development efforts of over a billion dollars in scope.

Contractor Chief Engineer for the Ares solid rocket motor delivering more thrust than any rocket in the World. Responsible for design, analysis, certification, development, and test. Technically responsible for all technical aspects of the motor and completion of three demonstration motor tests. Scope of technical work was approximately 700 million dollars, and included directing tech work of approximately 100 engineers and focal point for NASA coordination.

Chief Engineer for the four-segment rocket motors used on the Space Shuttle Program. Responsible for all technical aspects of the shuttle program motors, ensuring flight safety and integrity of flight motors and providing technical direction to a staff of nearly 200.

Provided markting support for capture and subsequent managent of small motor and space support programs. Responsible for all financial, schedule, customer coordination, and technical performance for Space Shuttle Booster Separation Motor (BSM) and Space Shuttle Reinforced Carbon-Carbon (RCC) on-orbit wing repair program. Total scope of programs was approximateley 50 million dollars and managed with the support of 3 program managers and co-located program/technical teams.

Provided technical leadership for advanced launch vehicle propulsion system concept development. System concept development work was conducted jointly with Boeing (AirLaunch) and Athena III (Lockheed Martin).

Held engineering and program manager positions covering a vaiety of components/systems for development, production, and technology advancement programs, including SM, PK, C-4, SRM, RSRM, D-5,SICBM, IRAD,SBRAM, and HPT
