• Managing a team of PC/Network specialists, assigning tasks and projects and hand managing branch visits to rectify issues • Handling the day to day review of IT audit reports regarding group policy changes and Active Directory changes. • Ensure that the day to day processes and programs that run overnight have been completed. If not work with the network team to quickly resolve the issues. Communicate with the corresponding departments about the issue and planned resolution time. • Managed the ticketing system and ensured that employees were following bank procedure and processes for completing tickets and resolving issues in a timely mannerSelected Accomplishments: • Planned and executed a complete revamp of the hardware inventory system. Set up new policies and procedures to ensure inventory data integrity for audit compliance and tracking of hardware assets. • Set up an ongoing schedule for maintenance of the bank’s check scanners located in the branches. Assigned technicians to put together maintenance kits and have a checklist for each branch to ensure correct amounts of parts in each kit. • Trained new IT employees on current bank security procedures and protocols regarding the position • Worked with new Network Security Specialist in configuring and deploying brand new Cisco routers to all 14 branches of PCSB Bank
