Provided oversight of joint employee and vendor development teams for projects and feature enhancement releases, benchmark testing, security testing and remediation, and 24x7 production support. Conducted product road mapping, planning and forecasting, prioritization, vendor management, and personnel development and administration for a staff of 20 with additional 12 onshore/offshore contractors.

Implemented data warehouse near-real-time, daily, and monthly Extract Transform Load (ETL) solution providing information for operational business reporting. Guided two development teams and a production support team. Performed project and program management, created departmental issue, enhancement, and release processes as well as conducted personnel administration including hiring, coaching/mentoring, and employee engagement for 15 full-time staff.
