• Salvaged a program with 7 high school boys and 11 girls that expanded to 16 boys and 31 girls participating in Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Girls Reserve Teams.• Produced a High School Girls tennis team that finished #7 out of 37 teams at the 2016 Nebraska High School State Tennis Tournament.• Girls Team finished #1 at Nebraska State Champions in 2018.• 80% of the Varsity Boys and Girls Team train year round compared to 20% in prior years.

Lead and managed the program in its vision to mobilize agencies, churches, individuals, teachers and teens to reach young people on middle school and high school campuses. Campus Life programs grew from 3 clubs averaging 10 students, to 11 clubs averaging 35 students.Grew a programming and staff budget from $90,000 in annual donations to $600,000.Successfully established and funded a 90 Day Financial Budget Reserve.

•Prospected Non-Profit Youth Agencies, Parishes and Churches in a 3 State territory, and provide onsite training as well as offsite leadership training services.•Provided consulting services to establish a “Youth Programming Plan” for Middle and High School students that included Vision Statement, Philosophy of Programming as well as Short Term and Long Term Goals.•Provided Staff Leadership Training Events to increase skill development to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.•Territory grew from 3 agencies to 37 active agencies receiving ongoing leadership training services.
