I have worked in the construction industry for over decade, starting with summers in high school. I have learned quite alot in all aspects of the industry. Recently, after working in a lead role on a large scale construction site, I realized what I'm best suited for on a construction site, and that is to make sure the job gets done. I had a lead position as a supervisor, and I was able to oversee the job get done quickly, and done right. I enjoy working in the construction industry, and with my knowledge and experience I am best suited in a leadership role. However the leadership role I'm looking for is one where I can oversee and be in charge of a project but still be able to put on my tool pouch and assist in the job being completed.
