I started in supply chain in 2003 as a daily planner at Berry Plastics (Berry Global). I scheduled injection molding and printing operations. I took APICS classes in 2005 and shortly afterwards was promoted to Master Scheduler. The daily planners for 7 plants reported to me. From there I joined the Supply Chain Center of Excellence for Berry and traveled extensively with a team to integrate supply chain tools for uniformity in supply chain execution. I was asked by the VP of Supply Chain for the Health Hygien and Specialities Global supply chain to move to that division and help implement a global SIOP process but shortly after moving over there the division was downsized and I was let go. I was hired a month later by Snyder's Lance now Campbell's Snacks for the Emerald Nut brand as a Material Planner 2
