Manager Of Club Safety
CurrentBrian joined Earth Networks as the Manager of Earth Networks Club Safety in October of 2013. In this role, he focuses on providing clubs with customized solutions for lightning and severe weather safety. He works closely with executive sales management and marketing to implement strategies to grow the market. Brian is a PGA Golf Professional and understands the needs and challenges of the modern day golf and club industries. When he is not travelling to national and regional events, he meets with club managers, golf professionals, and course superintendents throughout the country in search of those he can help.Prior to joining Earth Networks, Brian worked as an account manager for one of the Mid-Atlantic’s biggest home improvement companies. Before that Brian was a PGA Golf Professional working at some the largest clubs in the Middle Atlantic PGA & Northeastern NY PGA Sections. Working in the hospitality business for close to 15 years, Brian understands the nature of the golf and club industries – it also runs through his veins. Brian’s father has been a PGA Golf Professional for close to 45 years. Brian is a graduate of SUNY Adirondack where he earned a degree in Hospitality Management. He is also a graduate of the PGA’s Professional Golf Management program and was elected to PGA membership in January 2007.Brian, his wife, and their two sons reside in Annapolis, MD. Brian is an active outdoorsman and he enjoys spending his free time fishing the Chesapeake, waterfowl hunting the Eastern Shore and playing golf. But his biggest passion is coaching his two sons youth hockey teams at the U.S. Naval Academy.
