We specialize in recruiting Finance & Accounting, Energy, and Civil Engineering professionals throughout the US. To date we've helped over 2000 candidates makes career transitions. A successful match is one that is mutually beneficial for both the client and the candidate for years to come. Between our three divisions we have over 900 clients including 100+ of the fortune 500. In additional to our larger clients we also work with hundreds of small-to-mid size businesses ranging from $50m - $250m in annual revenue. We support our clients by helping them find someone who can not only do the job well but also aligns with the companies values and goals. Our Finance & Accounting team specializes in filling "specialty accounting" roles including financial reporting, tax, M&A, audit, treasury, FP&A and more. We support corporations and public accounting firms alike. PRS' Civil Engineering team works exclusively with civil engineering firms throughout the US. Their core focus is placing design engineers who have experience with land development, structural, roadway, stormwater, wastewater, and geotechnical projects. The Energy team supports IPP's, utilities, & 3rd party O&M's by placing plant personnel throughout the US. Their primary focus finding and placing operations and maintenance professionals at natural gas, coal, and biomass facilities.
