I manage a caseload of around 300 active files. On each case I contact our customer to resolve liability, then deal with all aspects of the claimant's claim, including vehicle damage, credit hire and personal injury. I actively offer rehabilitation and once recovered then value and make offers to settle the claimant's claim. My caseload includes low value whiplash claims and recently gained exposure to more serious injuries with claims valued up to £125,000.

Underwriter of personal lines motor, household and travel risks. Acted as a technical coach, developing team members underwriting knowledge. Involved in broker relationship management and visiting broker sites to deliver product training.
