Telehealth Development
Current• Develop, drive, and oversee the growth of AMN Healthcare’s Telehealth Staffing and Technology department. • Meet and exceed assigned revenue quotas by generating sales leads, engaging prospective qualified clients, educating qualified prospects on AMN Healthcare’s offerings, and driving the sales process to contract execution.• Serve as subject matter expertise to Executive Leadership, Sales Team, Account Managers, and Customers. • Assist Executive Leadership with lead planning, execution of growth strategies, and monitoring of business results (revenues, searches, placements, etc.). Manage a priority list of initiatives that drive pipeline prospects. Provide coaching on the sales process, client messaging and value proposition, forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, contract negotiation, and transition to program implementation• Forge, nurture, and align relationships with C-Suite Executives and key client stakeholders to build lasting partnerships with prospective clients, and relationships within complex enterprises such as Hospitals, Federal Facilities, and Telehealth Organizations. • Advance client engagement strategies, deliver on-site sales discovery, attend trade shows, perform product demonstrations, and carefully qualify opportunities for alignment with AMN Healthcare’s products and offerings.• Identify client "mobilizers" crucial to the success of the sales process.
