Accountable for safety injury frequency for assigned Territory Operations below a 5.0 rating.

As GM of Operations directed the planning and execution for Iron Mountain’s 14 New England Territory Records Management and Storage, Customer Service and Data Entry operations. Accountable for $100 mm in annual revenue generation and $40mm in direct operating expenses. Direct management supervision team of 6. Indirect management of 235 individuals.

Directed the execution for Staples North American Delivery – approximately $3,000 MM in annual sales, direct supervision of 33 individuals and directed the adherence of various third party couriers located throughout the United States.
