Belleville Assisted Living Facility Project August 2011 - July 2012 Oversaw $10.3 million commercial construction venture, delivering the project on time so owner received a $1.2 million historic tax credit while reducing losses incurred from predecessor from $600,000 to $150,000. Analyzed project cost reports, adjusted forecasts to budget allocation and submitted these revisions directly to project executive for the $10.3 million commercial construction venture. Increased aptitude in construction sequence logic and project scheduling by collaborating with supervisor before finally assuming duties for the last two months of the project.Saratoga Project March 2010 - August 2011 Oversaw the renovation of a 15-story, high-rise in complete disrepair from Hurricane Katrina into 155 new apartments for a contract valued at over $20 million, delivering the project on-time and enabling client to receive substantial federal funding. Led weekly team meetings with subcontractors, architects, engineers and tradesmen guiding them through project progression, adherence to schedule, subcontractor coordination and design conflict.

Managed about $5 million in scope. Developed a negotiated proposal for a $9 million bank job in New Orleans compiling the bids and producing an estimate for the entire project.
