Brian was successfully self employed for many years prior to being asked to manage a multi million (in the teens) dollar business in the customer service and retail industry. His objective was to revamp the customer experience through reviving lost standards and developing a sub standard to update the business vision to be culturally relevant.Brian relocated to the Niagara region a few years back, and is currently enjoying the laid back life of barbering while he waits for the right career opportunity to present itself.
