Developed a commissions application with a direct integration with Salesforce via REST API which allows the sales reps visibility to their commissions from their deal immediately after closing them. Created a quoting tool which allows our sales reps the ability to build quotes within Salesforce while in person with the potential customer which will write back a formatted quote PDF. Designed the processing and data workflow for our document conversion center. Created a tablet application to track employee productivity which populates dashboards that I also created. Deployed new shipping software with a direct integration with our ERP that has saved the company thousands of dollars on shipping annually. Deployed our data warehouse from start to finish including the countless integrations and ETL scripts that interconnect our various systems. Deployed Docusign into our Salesforce environment which allows reps to send out and receive signed contracts. Designed and developed out several custom objects and fields for various purposes in Salesforce including lead generation, quoting, leases, surveys, and others. Created custom middleware used to interconnect our business systems including Salesforce, Autotask, OnBase, and E-Automate (ERP).

Oversaw the development and maintenance of 20 agency websites using PHP based Joomla! Content Management System and Wordpress.
