I am a recent graduate of The Art Institutes of Minneapolis, MN where I studied Culinary Arts and received my Associates of Applied Science Degree in December 2014. I am passionate about cooking and constantly striving to learn more about the industry. I have enjoyed learning under my Head Chefs and Instructors while completing courses that covered several different aspects and perspectives of International Culinary Arts and Hospitality. As a recent graduate, I am seeking a position with a restaurant that will allow me to use my creativity and grow as a professional in a challenging environment. Thriving on chaos in a fast-paced environment is just one of the many reasons that I love being in the Kitchen.I love bringing laughter and positivity to others and I aspire to one day have the ability to translate my skills and creativity into an executive chef position.
