Assist Director, Field Technical Services with financial oversight of the Cbeyond Field Services Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Budgeting and Forecasting, P&L support, management of Capital and Operational Expenditures to include Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), Collocation Spares Equipment, Truck rolls and Test Equipment. Assist Director, Field Technical Services with Planning, Training and Support of Cbeyond Marketing trials that require CPE and/or onsite customer support. Insure adherence to Cbeyond core competencies, policies and procedures by Field Services staff. Oversight of Cbeyond new Market launch. Train each market’s Field Service Manager (FSM) and Field Service Technician (FST) to incorporate proper protocols, processes, policies and procedures, and methods for day-to-day operations. Lead Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly CPE management activities to meet Sarbanes Oxley guidelines.
