Reporting to the EVP, Head of Sales - Relationships & Production at Wells Fargo Auto, Responsible for overseeing financing activities for a multi-billion dollar P&L delivering integrated retail and commercial banking solutions for over one million consumers and five thousand commercial middle market clients. Overall responsibility for leadership and oversight for commercial relationship managers and indirect business development managers within a ten state region encompassing both the Midwest and Southeast markets. Providing strategic development, coaching and the promoting of a team oriented environment as well as support and motivation. Additionally, partnering with the relationship managers and business development managers to prospect new customer relationships as well as deepening and retaining existing relationships while meeting and exceeding established production goals. Specifically driving loan production, new treasury services, derivatives production, new roof tops and retail enhancement.

Greater San Diego Area

Providing leadership to a team of 45 professionals while building strong relationships with our dealer clients in the San Diego area. Full P&L responsibility of the center and a 900 million dollar portfolio. Originating 40 million in auto contracts on a monthly basis.

Washington D.C. Metro Area, Southern Maryland

Providing leadership and turnaround expertise for 24 team members in a 600 million dollar Center. Building strong relationships with dealer clients. An emphasis on strategic planning and team member development as well as growing our originations to 30 million monthly.

Responsible for six business development territories encompassing a three state region for all activities involving the marketing, strategic initiatives, coaching and growth of an indirect auto portfolio.
