I am a member of Kelly Blue Book's Predictive Analytics department, where I run their weekly production and reporting processes, which produce the new and used forecasts for the kbb.com website. The software is primarily written in SAS and SQL using Netezza and other database products. I also document, troubleshoot, optimize and improve their modeling software. It is very rewarding to be associated with a well known and respected brand and to have an important role in a producing something that is used and trusted by so many consumers every day. At the request of my team, perform independent investigations into interactions with medications and conditions, to help optimize dosing, maximize efficacy and safety.Used previous background in Bayesian categorization to create novel algorithms to perform missing data imputation and dose optimization. Tested using real patient data randomized with bootstrap sampling, these algorithms proved more accurate than SAS standard procedures such as Proc MI and Proc Logistic, and more robust dealing with missing data. These were used to help analyze post-market data, that frequently includes incomplete patient records.Created macros that model the effect of patient baseline characteristics on safety and efficacy endpoints, to help better understand what factors influence patient outcomes.
