An Independent Seismic Operations and Safety Specialist providing consulting services in exploration sector of the oil and gas industry. I have worked as a Project Manager, Seismic Operations Specialist, and HSSE Adviser. I have 40+ years of domestic and international experience with Phillips Petroleum Company and as an Independent Consultant to several major oil companies. I was the Director of Seismic Operations at Phillips Petroleum Company, responsible for onshore/offshore high-resolution 3D surveys, parameters, budget, tenders, contracts/compliance, QAQC, HSE, and permits. He conducted operations in 18 states and 16 countries. They include the US, Australia, Belize, Brazil, Canada, Columbia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, Venezuela, and offshore thru-out the world.
