Orchestrated and supervised the formation and creation of subsidiary operations in Mexico. Activities included site selection, build-out, procuring utility services and essential infrastructure, recruiting and selecting supervisory and managerial personnel, establishing foreign bank accounts and obtaining the required tax, payroll, legal and regulatory permits. Experience also included general contract law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisition, and dissolution.
